Our plans exist exclusively for our patients as a way to deliver the best dental care in a trouble-free, affordable way.
It’s simple, too. Membership services are clearly outlined and inclusive. Compared with a typical dental insurance arrangement, you see benefits such as:

- No reimbursement limit on services
- No out-of-pocket deductibles
- No exclusions for pre-existing conditions
Our membership plans compare more to a subscription service. You simply choose one of our three plans and you receive the included services within the next 12 months. We also offer rate reductions when you renew your plan.
Prophylaxis plan
Patients with good oral health who require preventative (prophylaxis, or prophy for short) services pay $386 annually for a treatment list that includes:
- Two examinations with dental cleanings
- X-rays as required
- Fluoride treatments for cavity prevention when necessary
You save over $280 over the cost of these individual services. A plan for children between the ages of 3 and 14 is $340, close to 50% off the individual treatment rates.
Periodontal plan
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, over 47% of Americans have some level of gum disease. Correcting these issues requires more frequent treatment, so we offer a plan for patients who need this service. You can purchase an annual perio plan membership for $450, representing a savings of $330 over the price for individual treatments.
Included in the plan are:
- 2 exams
- 3 perio maintenance treatments
- X-rays as required
In addition, you can purchase most of our other services at discounts up to 20%.
